Our staff consists of the Director, one Secretary, as well as 2 Sections.

Registration Section(Section 1):

In charge of household numbering,domicile registration,general household inspection,ID card issuance,issuance of address plate,acquisition and loss of nationality,custody of the household investigation book and household cancellation data during Japanese Occupation as well as the issuance of certificates,seal registration and certification,etc.

General Affair Section(Section 2):

children name list preparation,seal, general affairs, cashier, research and evaluation, file management,election name list preparation, and other issues not under the jurisdiction of sections 1.
